INTRODUCTION The MST_K12 is a speed regulator for a low voltage (8- 25Vcc) and low power (max 5A) dc motor. The regulation level is set by a potenziometer and the PWM thecnical is used to drive the motor. A 8 bit microcontroller controls the entire circuit of the regulator. This generates the PWM signal and drives the power stage thati is a POWER MOS based. This regulator can be used for many DC applicaion such as light control for DC lamps or for low voltage heating control (soldering ). Figure 1. photo of the assembled regulator |
