Connection with the MST_K07_CL controller The MST_K07_CL regulator is a regulator for universal motors with torque control to guarantee the number of revolutions as the load changes. It can be connected to washing machine motors such as the MCA30 / 64 equipped with a revolution sensor. The figure below shows the connections of the regulator to the washing machine motor MCA3064 for clockwise and anticlockwise rotation. For different motors respect those taken as an example, refer to the function of the single wire coming out of the connector (not to its position in the connector) identifying, before making the connections, what electrically corresponds (brush, stator, sensor). Then make connections with each other and with the regulator following the connection map based on the function of the single wire as shown in the following figures:
MCA3064b and MST_K07_CL - connection for clockwise rotation MCA3064b and MST_K07_CL - connection for anti-clockwise rotation Changing
the direction of rotation by means
of a switch
The figure below
shows the connections of the
regulator to the washing machine motor (in the example the MCA3064) for
clockwise and anticlockwise rotation activated by means of a switch.
The switch must be of the type: double - 1 way - 2 position. It would
be better to take the ON - OFF - ON version which allows you to put the
switch in a neutral position (the central one) in which the engine is
turned off.
APPLICATION VIDEO The video shows the MCA3064 motor regulated by the MST_K07_CL regulator connected to it according to the scheme indicated above.
