Connection with a speed regulator with DC power supply As a power supply for the motor, a continuous voltage can be used that allows working at low speeds and with good torque. In this case it is possible to adjust the motor speed with speed regulator for DC motors as described in the MST_K12 project. Below are the connections between the motor and the MST_K12 regulator using a continuous voltage value of 24Vdc for the two directions of rotation. You can use other voltage values depending on the maximum speeds you want to have. If you do not want to use the regulator, the connection to the voltage motor must take place as if you were using the regulator and short-circuiting the black wires, that is the gnd of the motor and that of the power supply. APPLICATION VIDEO The video shows the MCA3064 motor regulated by the MST_K12 regulator connected to it according to the diagrams indicated above. As can be seen from the video, the engine revs can be varied from a minimum of 0 revs to the maximum speed obtainable with 24Vdc. |
